We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean and has a luxurious feel throughout. The location is perfect as it is close to everything we needed. What really stood out was the staff; they were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Whether you prefer dining out or staying in while taking in the sights around Ottawa, this is a fantastic place to stay. Staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is placed at walking distance of pretty much everything, including (but not limited to) Parlament Hill, The National Arts Museum, Byward Market, Rideau Centre, plenty of museums and parks that we unfortunately did not have time to visit. I will most definitely be staying here again and for longer next time. Great place!
