The first they gave me was full of dust , on table , phone , everything ! The TV did not work and a hair in the bed . They then assigned me an upgrade room where the USB outlet didn’t work , my only option was a bath as the shower did not work and bathroom plug ( for hairdryer ) broken . No other mirror in the room . It was pathetic.

Good location within walking distance to Old Quebec. Self parking in underground structure for a fee ($25). Hotel rooms are clean but you can see the wear and tear. They need refurbishing. Staff were great. Would recommend.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The business center computer/printing process was not great. Very unusual hotel layout. Very clean. Heat in hallway was excessive. Outdoor winter pool was fun. Would definitely stay there again.
