Fantastic location near the Shinjuku station south concourse, very clean, nice rooms, great service from the staff, Airport Limousine Bus stops right outside, which is very convenient. We have stayed here twice now, and will book again on our next Tokyo adventure.

This hotel is so convenient, very near to subway. There are restaurant and family mart within walking distance. Hotel provides lots of useful amenities, which you won't see in other hotels,such as nano beauty mask, uv cream. Lovely hotel, I will surely be back again.
